These terms govern the use of WAWA bot ("the bot"), an internal Discord bot operated by WAWA 2559 Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), Udon Thani, Thailand.
The bot is provided solely to employees and authorised staff of WAWA 2559 Co., Ltd., inside the company's private Discord server. It is not offered to the public, is not sold or licensed to any third party, and cannot be installed on other Discord servers.
Users may upload only work-related video content that they have the right to share — for example store incident recordings, product training and warehouse procedures. Users must not upload content that infringes third-party copyright, contains unlawful material, or violates the YouTube Terms of Service or the YouTube Community Guidelines. We may remove any uploaded video and withdraw a user's access at any time.
The bot uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to the company's own YouTube channel. By using the bot you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our own handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Videos uploaded through the bot are published to the company's YouTube channel and remain the property of WAWA 2559 Co., Ltd. Videos are set to unlisted and links are shared only within the company's private Discord server. The company may delete any video at any time through YouTube Studio.
The bot is provided "as is" for internal operational convenience, with no guarantee of availability or of successful upload. We are not liable for lost or unavailable video content; users should keep their own copy of any recording that matters.
We may update these terms as the bot changes. The current version is always published at this address.
