WAWA bot ("the bot") is an internal Discord bot operated by WAWA 2559 Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), Udon Thani, Thailand, for use only by our own employees in our private Discord server.
When an employee uses the bot's video-upload command, the bot temporarily receives the video file they chose, their Discord user ID and display name, and the Discord channel the command was used in. The video file is stored on our server only for as long as it takes to transfer it to YouTube and is deleted immediately afterwards.
The bot uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to our company-owned YouTube channel. By using the bot, users are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The bot requests only the youtube.upload authorization scope, using credentials of the
company's own Google account. It does not access, collect or store any YouTube user data belonging to
viewers or other channels. The only data received from the YouTube API is the ID and URL of each uploaded
video, which is posted to our Discord channel.
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties. Uploaded videos are set to unlisted on YouTube and links are shared only inside our private Discord server. Data is transmitted to Google (YouTube) and Discord solely to provide the service.
Video files are deleted from our server as soon as the YouTube upload completes. Command logs (who uploaded which video and when) may be kept in our server logs for operational troubleshooting and are not shared externally.
The company can revoke the bot's access to its YouTube channel at any time via the Google security settings page. Uploaded videos can be deleted at any time in YouTube Studio.
